Service DescriptionFly Shot Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile photography services specializing in photos for official documents such as passports, visas, and permanent resident cards. Services are conducted at the customer’s chosen location as specified during the booking process.
We operate by appointment only and do not offer walk-in services.Service availability is limited to the Greater Toronto Area. Appointments outside this area may incur an additional travel fee or require prior approval.2. Booking and PaymentBooking:
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. Customers must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.Payment:
We accept cash, e-transfer, and contactless card payments via Square at the time of the appointment. Online pre-payments are not currently accepted. Payment is required in full upon completion of the service.If payment is made by a third party (such as a family member, care facility, or agency), the customer remains responsible for ensuring that payment is completed in full.Booking Timeframe:
Appointments can be booked up to 7 days in advance, with a minimum notice of 7 hours.Pricing:
